- PayPal: Payments can be made via PayPal (PayPal Direct OR Card). 
- Card Payments: Direct card payments can be made from the checkout page using Shopify's Card Payment service.


We will send to the address that is entered when ordering. If you wish to change an address then please contact us via our contact page or email us as soon as you have made the purchase.

Please ensure that the shipping address entered is correct; if your order goes missing due to an incorrect address we cannot issue you a refund.

We do not sent to PO boxes. Sorry!


If the item description does not match the item received, then please contact us ASAP. A replacement will be sent if in stock at the time or a full refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item back.


We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days if ordered before 2pm, otherwise 3 working days. UK: Please allow up to 5 working days from confirmation of order for delivery. If you do not get your order within this time please contact us ASAP. Europe/Worldwide: Please allow up to 28 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.


All prices shown reflect the actual postage and packing costs to get the item sent to you as quickly and secure as possible.


UK: Your items are sent via a My Hermes Tracked service. Price and weight reflect on the service used. 
Europe/Worldwide: Your items are sent by Parcel2Go with a tracked service.


Should your item be faulty (must be unworn) in any way then please contact us within 30 days.

Should you change your mind and no longer want the item, it must be unworn and we must be contacted within 14 days of reciept of the item.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required along with your order details. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection, as we will not accept liability for items lost in transit. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty.

We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. Please note, items will only be accepted for returns in unworn condition, any previously worn clothes that have been returned will not trigger a refund.

We will refund the price of the items purchased, minus any delivery cost. 

We do not accept returns to our office address; anything that has been sent to the office address will not be accepted.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Lunar Apparel reserves the right to refuse any order.


All designs, photos, sprites and other images on this site (www.lunarapparel.co.uk), tumblr, twitter and facebook, posted by Lunar Apparel or any representative are all under copyright. Using any images without consent or permission is a breach of copyright and is infringement which will result in legal action.
